Well mostly in song writing my experience is that there isn't so much inspiration as hard work. You sit there for hours, days and weeks with a guitar and piano until something good comes.

But the urge to write is something you have to have. A conviction, an ambition to write and never stop until you think, 'This is the best I can do.'

If you work hard and you're good, you can build something for yourself.

You're allowed to work hard and have good things and do good things.

How long you can continue to be good at something is how much you believe in yourself and how much hard work you do with the training.

When you really work hard for something that you genuinely and truly love, and you don't want it to fail, it's a good feeling to see it do good.
