We'll need to step up big in the women's weight throw and Jones(-Graf) needs a big triple jump.

One of the things I think collegiate track and field needs is team scoring. Someone can identify with a team that won or lost.

To have a kid like Zach, it takes a great weight off a coach. It's gotten to the point that extra points are almost automatic. That's huge for a team. There's no worrying about it. And kickoffs - his are always deep. That's just something else we don't have to think about.

I think the thing he really needs to do to get better is put in more time in the weight room. Last year, we did a little bit of weight work with him. This year, we've tried to do a little more. He needs to get stronger.
