We're 63 games into it. You'd think by now we'd understand that when we execute we play decent.

I'm not a guy who can sit on the bench and collect a paycheck. I realized if I couldn't play for this team, there aren't many I can play for.

You still have to play all your games. We would have liked to win the region tonight, but it makes no difference because we're going to play Thursday as hard as we did tonight.

Charlie has been excellent in our first four games. We didn't play very well as a team against Stamford, but he kept us in the game and was the main reason we won.

Yeah, it makes it a little easier to follow those guys. But you know, those guys had to be the leaders -- they were superstars. I'm not. I'm never going to be. There's about a 99 percent chance my jersey will never be hung in the rafters. I'm just an older guy who's been around, seen how things work, so when I do something or say something, I guess that's being a leader. I'm old, I think that's what makes you the leader.

We got the win. Every season I've played (here) we haven't had a losing record. It's only .500 but it's still not a losing record.
