We're a team. It's a selfless team. We all care about one another. We just try to make the game easy for each other. That's pretty much the best way I can describe it.

I had no problem with those guys rushing the floor. It's an emotional game. We can't be mad if they rush the floor if they win. We should have taken care of business and not even given them a chance to do that.

But they don't care which one it is, and that's what makes this team dangerous.

She's so selfless and is the epitome of what being part of a team is all about and how you handle that role. She wants to coach, and I always say the best coaches are role players.

When you switch your focus from the “we” to the “me”, the goal from “team” to “self”, you upset the balance of the whole. Consequentially, that redistribution of effort impedes success.

Pat is selfless. He doesn't care who gets the credit, as long as it gets done.
