We're able to run a cable into the chapel and have audio guys record from the studio.

Some of it the students self organize, we let them book time and record.

They're all just small guys. I think you'd better be able to adapt to it on your team, or you're not going to be able to get good players. The days of the 250-pound linebacker, those are gone, because people want guys who can run... . Everybody wants the 280-pound guy that can rush the passer, but that guy doesn't exist. So you don't have much choice.

Look at the assets we bring together, ... We bring together a great studio and the most powerful cable networks in the world. We add that to CBS network, CBS' wonderful television station, CBS Radio, CBS Outdoor Advertising and soon we're adding (syndication company) King World to it. There's no company in the world that has that mix of assets. This will be the fastest-growing media company in the world.

The more rewarding part of doing a solo record for me was having more control in the studio.

They are definitely hungry to get back in the studio to make another record. They've got a lot of material.
