We're all colleagues. We're all in the same school district. What effects them effects us all. We just wanted to do our part and say we're thinking of them and our prayers our with them.

Chris Mullin came in and said he was very proud of us for representing the school the way we did. That meant a lot and made a great day greater.

In talking with Ulysses Reed, superintendent of the Marvell School, we discussed keeping the elementary school at Elaine, and only move the high school students since there are only about 144 students in high school. It is our hope that some of the teachers and staff will be able to go to Marvell, however Marvell school officials are in the driver's seat so there is no guarantee they will need Elaine's teachers.

It's been pretty quiet for the past month. It's been painful, very emotional, knowing we were letting down our school and community by losing when we knew we could win.

We were flat. We were cold, didn't hit a shot in the first half -- it just wasn't us out there. They got up on us, got some confidence and just outplayed us.

What we are naming is 23 solid commitments. We've committed them, they've committed to us, all the paperwork is in place, there's no physical issues and concerns on the part of the clubs.
