We're competing every night. We're working on our confidence, and that takes time. Our girls are working hard, but tonight we struggled hanging onto the ball.

She sounded very shaken up, very scared. By the time I talked to her (Thursday) night, she had calmed down quite a bit because they were off the ship at that point.

The girls were just going after it for bragging rights, just to give them one loss. Any time a team's undefeated, you know everybody's gonna try to take that away from 'em. They got it all. I hope that they do well. I'd like to get 'em in the tournament now.

I'm really proud of the girls. We're getting on a roll and starting to believe a little bit. Confidence is the number one thing. I hope we can take it all the way.

I was pleased with our scoring production and big wins like these always boost the girls' confidence. We still need to improve defensively. We're capable of playing better defense.

This game is going to boost our confidence tremendously. We just tried to guard their girls as best we could because they?re so good. We?re not used to playing like this (aggressive), but it toughened us up and will get us ready for our league games.
