We're definitely not there yet. We're pretty good. Offensively, we do some good things, but we're still a ways away from where we need to be.

We held together, ... We didn't start going different ways. When it got bad, we jelled together...When it's not going great and things aren't how they used to be, that's where you see where you are as a team.

You know, we're all in this together, ... We definitely have our part in everything that happens offensively, good or bad. We've got 11 guys that are just looking to get better this week, regardless of position.

It's definitely having an impact. I don't know that you can say yet that it is good or bad.

It's not offensive, it's harmless. He's just being Chad. He's being himself and doing what comes to his head.
