We're doing something innovative that people haven't done before. We're building really cool stuff here. But we waited until we had some successes before we started the process of going public. And once we decided to take that step, there was a lot of work that went into it.

The vast majority of our customers have no need and no desire to be programming their robots. But there are a few people out there who really enjoy hacking things.

It's a market that's growing.

I don't agree with it at all. I don't have any facts or figures to back this up, but I see more and more women becoming entrepreneurs.

I prefer to like the people I invest in, but it's not an absolute necessity, as long as they have a good mind and I know they'll do whatever it takes to be successful.

I always recommend, if you can, to patent or protect whatever your idea is. If you can't, you have to make your best judgment. Sometimes people don't get anywhere because they sit on something, so afraid to reveal it. And yet, in the reverse, sometimes if you expose something too widely, you can risk losing it.
