We're eagerly awaiting a sign-off.

It's just about done. We're doing everything required to meet the obligations of the law.

If we can get (approval), all this becomes moot. They're scrambling ... to try to get the approvals done.

We are still awaiting documents from both sides.

If they think I'm going to stop at that stop sign, they're sadly mistaken!

We have to get the [Federal Transit Administration] to sign off on the funds. We expect it to be running in a week or so.
