We're excited about that. Twin has always been a good rivalry, and the 7 p.m. start allows more people to come out.

That's always the goal, to beat Highlands. I think both teams enjoy (the rivalry) and more than anything I think there's a mutual respect. Come the end of May, I think we both know it will come down to us fighting for that first place (region) trophy.

At this point, I'm just hoping the younger players begin to gel with the older ones. Hopefully with Twin, we'll see where we are realistically -- if we can compete and possibly pull out a victory. A little confidence-builder, regardless of the score, could go a long way.

Having made the adjustment to 4A last year, we are a little more prepared as to what we need to accomplish to get back to state.

I think offense will be our strength. We lost a lot to graduation in the back, so that's where we're trying to catch up.

This was a big win. There's a big rivalry with Taft, and the last couple of years they've beaten us, so this was important for our confidence.
