There could be all kinds of identity theft. It's a massive failure by a county agency to not insure the confidential information of its clients.

With any soil contamination - whether it's sand like we have here or soil or clay - testing needs to be done thoroughly to ensure there is no health threat to the people who live here and use this beach.

The bottom line about the report is that it shows that Safe Surrender is working. The word about the program is getting out there and mothers are making the right choice when they feel the need to abandon their newborn.
