One guy flipped us off. Another guy shouted, ?Get back in the kitchen where you belong.' We just laughed.

Some people stopped their cars, got out and joined us. It was so awesome. I think people are just waiting for a group like ours to come along.

I know they're high school kids, but they don't act like high school kids and to give these kids this opportunity has been terrific, as a teacher and a director.

If you're here for four more years or four more weeks, you're here right now. I think when you're somewhere, you ought to be there. It's not about how long you stay in a place, it's about what you do while you're there, and when you go, is that place any better for your having been there?

I hear a lot of people singing in funny voices and singing like they're stupid. Singing in a deliberately fey and dumb and childish way. And I find it to be a disturbing trend.
