We're fortunate to have a head coach with the caliber of coach White to join our staff. She has built a championship program before and knows the competitive landscape of Division I women's basketball.

We'll address those needs as coach Boyle presents them.

We know that Craig will be able to get donations quickly to purchase furniture, equipment and signage for our new venues.

Coach Downing has the ability to chance the perception and change the culture here at Northern Colorado. He will build with upperclassmen, bring in great recruiting classes and definitely outwork the competition.

We come off a basketball season that wasn't quite as successful as we'd have hoped. I know that Craig and his coaching staff aren't as pleased as they liked to be.

We did it at our meet in Indianapolis in the 800 free relay and the 400 free relay and it allowed us to beat Ball State.
