We're getting rid of all the material we can't use. It's worn out or no good for the tourist railroad and we're also getting our three storage sites cleaned up. One storage site costs us $300 a month, so we won't have to pay that anymore.

It's not good. But there's no way you're going to go into 10,000 acres and get rid of the weeds. It's a low priority.

We wouldn't want to get rid of that, no. No way.

Because of it (TCAS), we have had no commercial midair collisions in the U.S. since it was mandated.

We were worn out at the end of the year because we had to run so many guys out there every day. Our [lack of] depth was such that even one injury was a significant blow. With what we have now, not only in terms of numbers but versatility, we should be able to give guys the rest that they need to keep everyone sharp and fresh and feeling like they're part of the deal.

We consider it the only remaining tourist-railroad hotel in the region. It seems imminent to me that the council wants to see a resolution.
