We're giving a lot of weight away to some really nice horses. Hopefully he can overcome it.

Two of those guys were back-ups and they were giving up weight tonight.

Luke was going up a weight and I knew he'd be giving up some muscle. I expected him to do what he did for two-thirds of the match, which is to keep it close. In the third round he just got caught and that was the end of him.

He probably got too excited. It usually happens when you take a serious hold on them.

He had an excuse. He displaced (his palate) and entrapped his epiglottis. The next morning, it was clear so we didn't do an operation on it. He's been fine since. Hopefully, it's a one-time deal. He was certainly impaired.

With two horses that weren't doing a whole lot before he got them, to win two Breeders' Cup races with them, I think it's one of the standout performances recently.
