We're going to be in a class room a little bit in Spring Training to get it right. If we don't have it right, we're going to get it right. If it takes me staying after school with Chris to work on things, then that's what we're going to do.

We've never seen a beast like UPS, ... It's best in class, six times bigger than its next largest competitor. They set pricing. They have best returns in the integrated (freight transportation) sector.
