This will be a chance to run with a fast group. They'll have to be pretty aggressive. At this course, they're going to have to think and be focused throughout the entire race.

It rests on their shoulders – there's just no getting around it. We've got three national-class runners, and then those four empty spots. But [Stanford and Waters] are seniors, and I have no doubt they know how to handle it. Their work ethic's been great.
