We're happy from the standpoint that we won't have to compete with 9-man numbers in 11-man football next year. We're disappointed that we're losing Finley-Sharon in all the other activities. We were happy with our relationship with Finley-Sharon.

We'll present our facts. Then we're at the mercy of what the board decides. We just don't think it would be fair to (dissolve the co-op) in the middle of a two-year classification cycle.

It's a safety issue for us. Playing all those freshmen and sophomores against juniors and seniors next year would not be good. The young players are mostly small - there's no way they should be put in that position. They're just physically not ready.

I prefer a guy who can run and throw, as a football fan. I think we're in an era where the game is changing. We're going to look back 20 years from now and say I remember Michael Vick, I remember Vince Young. They changed the game.

No one expected us to win this football game, so that got our kids pumped up for this game. We had some penalties and we couldn't put the ball in the end zone a couple of times early. I think we just wore them out later in the game.

I miss her a lot, ... I've learned a lot. I've definitely turned into a man, not just on the football field, but in life too.
