We're hoping it's a self-sustaining network of people sharing good news with each other and creating a positive buzz. It's mostly about attitudes and helping people understand how their individual attitude impacts the community attitude and our ability to grow.

It's amazing how long the list grows as you ask different people because everyone perceives those great success stories in different ways. It's nice to start seeing that list grow. It's a great visual.

People live here, work here, raise families here - they are here for a reason. We get lost in the negative images and the daily reminders of how bad things are, when really they're not. We're going to try to take some of those negative comments and turn them around.

One individual impacted that company's decision and I don't think in general people understand the power they have.

It's good news for equity markets. One can be more positive on the outlook for rates. People were wondering whether shares looked expensive. After these comments, one could stay relieved.

We are really trying to arm ourselves right now with all the facts and information, so when we go talk to people we'll be able to respond to them and actually have some meaningful conversation.
