We're hoping that we'll have a slew of developers coming in with creative projects to intensively develop this site. It's a tight site, so we're looking for creative solutions.

We really look at it as a great opportunity to highlight Mount Clemens to out of town visitors to the area those who haven't been to the city in some time. We have become the entertainment and restaurant capital of Macomb County.

If it was significantly dangerous, we would have had to clean it up. (The contamination) needs to be addressed, but it did not raise any red flags.

Ultimately, no matter how many projects you considered, you can't please everyone.

One of the things that is really needed in cultural services is somebody to look at the mayor's big projects. They need somebody there at the right hand of the director working for the mayor, pulling those pieces together to make sure the vision gets across.

We are quite upbeat about the China CTL projects.
