We're interested to see if the number of people paying by credit card will increase [now].

But the greatest shortage that will slow us down is the lack of trained people. So we are putting resources in training.

We are expecting to be really busy, but we will have plenty of people here to take care of customers.

Hopefully people will step up to the plate within the 90 days. They won't be trained to take over, but if somebody says they'll do it, we'll look elsewhere for the training.

We've had a lot of student requests for something like this. Although we can't say yes to everyone for everything, we do want to be responsive to students' needs.

There were a ton of people wanting to volunteer for the project. We will accept all the help we can get.
