We're just not there yet. The issue is how to do it but I will say we'll do it as fast as we can.

We will pay for family library cards for our citizens. What we need to do first is meet with library officials in both cities to make a decision as to the best way to pay it.

We figure that the $5,000 we gave before to the Oil City Library will pay for 142 family library cards. So I think this arrangement will be all right, financially, for us.

A fair amount of money will go in terms of paving, outside lighting, roof issues, and then there's just a balance of things that were painting, light fixtures, restroom repairs - a lot of little things that add up. They're asking for things they've needed for quite a while.

It looks like the environment could get pretty competitive. We need to get this decided soon so we can take advantage of the bond environment.

It's one of those projects that I think the public should make sure they educate themselves on and cautiously look at what's here and available.
