We're living longer . . . and we want to enjoy the time we have. People don't want to give up anything.

It sounds like they're going back to an old-fashioned model where they're calling upon people.

People are living longer because of pharmacology, not because they are healthier. There could come a time when people who need certain procedures or medicines and can't afford them are just not going to get them.
