We're looking at the possibility of selling the petrochemicals division. The liquidity issue is behind us, but there are businesses that we shouldn't be in long-term.

Such proposals take us back to the dark ages.

We had explored the possibility of the French sending us Mirage, and the French were willing; and when this became known, the Americans reacted by announcing publicly that they would not allow those armaments to enter Nicaragua and that they would bomb the Nicaraguan ports.

It's an option being presented to us as a possibility to raise funds for capital outlay. I think it is too premature to know if it would apply to us. We have our sales tax and impact fee, but, obviously, we need to look at everything with the cost of construction going up.

If the bid goes over $3 billion, the possibility of us going along gets very strong. There's just so much good you can do with that kind of money.

The possibility of a US dollar collapse or sharp decline may be small at this point but it would generate very significant turmoil so East Asian economies... ought to be ready for that.
