We're not afraid of change, we embrace change. But not at the expense of our members and their families and their communities.

They're demanding major outsourcing of our jobs, not because they need it but because they think they can make them somewhere else cheaper.

But we're also far enough apart, ... that we could end up in the ditch tonight.
