We’re not good enough to celebrate.

We do have a lot of new guys on the punt return unit and I understand that,

I have to continue to go out and give 110 percent effort on punt returns every time I go out on the field. I can't get lackadaisical and say, Well there might be a flag' and slack off a little bit. That will hurt my game. Every time I go out there I'm going to try to return that ball to the house.

Now when I do see the flag, I don't even get mad,

We have to get better. This is a long season and you fight every week to win games and get better. And obviously we're not getting better on punt returns.

As long as I'm doing what I'm supposed to do, and I'm going out and helping this team in any way, I'm going to be here, ... The only way I'm going to lose my job is if I'm messing up and not getting the job done.
