We're not talking about weaponizing space. We're not talking about massive satellite attacks coming over the horizon or anything like that. This is really a way to understand space situational awareness, who's out there, who's operating. We understand that,

You can't go to war and win without space,

[The US Space Command has a responsibility to accessing military threats.] We understand that jamming has gone on and other things have occurred, and we watch that very closely, ... If somebody is trying to use space against us, we could interrupt, in a reversible kind of way, those kind of capabilities as needed and as directed by US policy.

They just start using the free storage space, putting up their photos, and every once in a while they get a very nasty surprise.

Last week I was talking about wanting to finish big plays. Those are the big plays that I'm talking about. Those are the things I have to tune up. It's a good sign when you see linebackers around the quarterback. But I have to finish that play.

It's a great moment we're having here, and you are going to ruin it by talking about that? The chance to do that meant a lot to us. But we won, so I can't dwell on it. It's just a number, and we can't make any more of it than that.
