We're obviously disappointed we weren't able to continue when we had a chance to win the game. At times, we played very well, but we needed to do some little things better. We stranded a lot of runners, and while we didn't make a lot of errors, they came at costly times.

It was a tough day on all the pitchers, throwing into a wind. I thought the pitchers from both teams competed well, especially Aaron and Dylan.

We felt like we could play with the teams that swept us. We just needed that little push to get over the hump.

I knew I didn't have a chance at him this year.

We have a chance to win the league and playoffs, and that's something that is special. We want to put more banners up in here.

Simply put, Matt Morris is a winner. He's a gamer who not only gives his team a chance to win every time he pitches, but as his record indicates he's around to collect the win himself. Matt will be a perfect complement to the top of the rotation and provide valuable leadership to our younger pitchers.
