We're obviously disappointed with the court's ruling. It's a death sentence for some of the small, neighborhood border bars.

The test of mans determination to leave a legacy behind, a fraction of his vision and thought, to die before your time, to sacrifice the rest of your life however long that may be. It's not the fear of dying, in death it is the fear of that inability to see if you actually made a difference

If we were here talking about dangerous dogs smoking, the city would have authority. This is not about smoking. This is about which level of government can regulate it.
