We're on a financial tightrope.

Since the fall of 2004, we've had to curtail our program to the point where we've stopped ordering new construction projects and have just continued with what we have in place so far. We're hoping we might have some private placement financing so we can move forward this calendar year.

If we restart our program again, it would be about $100 million a year, and we're hopeful we will have some private financing so that we can move forward later in this calendar year.
