We're retail for pets and their parents. Pets are bona fide members of families. Our pets are our kids and our passion.

Tucson is a wonderful market with a lot of pet lovers and pet parents. And we look forward to partnering with local charities.

Like I said before, kids were okay from a distance, but I didn't think they'd ever replace hamsters.

It's a huge and growing industry. There was a time when dogs and cats were relegated to the back yard, but that time is gone. Pets are family members now. They're an integral part of our lives and people want them to have the same amenities as they do.

I see kids and pets as similars. With both of them, you give without expecting something monetary in return or having to deal with the 'what can you do for me' attitude, ... They just want someone to care and love them. That is all.
