We're seeing cases of accounting improprieties that are being prosecuted criminally today that would not have been prosecuted that way 10 years ago.

You didn't have that, so why did you charge him?

This guy, every day, deals with some of the most important issues facing the American people. You're asking him to recollect conversations, some fairly short, and he's giving his best recollections. Maybe he didn't remember correctly, but he didn't have the intent to deceive the special prosecutor or grand jury.

These charges are relatively minor federal charges. It does show they're trying to use some of the muscle of law enforcement to send a message to him but probably to others as well that this could happen to you.

This win today has so many interesting, worthy facets, ... Bobby touched on Buddy coming in, getting a good ride. Was there a stronger car in the field today? Was there a stronger driver in the field today? My God, Buddy just would not stop, and it was eating everybody alive. There's something about it, it was I think preordained certainly.
