We're seeing prices perhaps level off a bit, but we're not seeing a decrease in prices. We are seeing more properties on the market (and) they're staying longer on the market.

You want to go to the playoffs with a bit of a swagger. It's not to the level we want it to be. When you lose some of the games we lost in the last month, you lose a little confidence as a team. The way we played in the last six games gives us a little confidence. It really goes back to us playing hard.

The pressure on prices may be relieved a little bit, but not a whole lot.

Not just seeing black and white or Hispanic or Latino. But, seeing you're just like me and it's ok.

Prices are high, but without those price increases we would not have seen the 20 percent decrease in industrial gas demand that has occurred over the past five years. One by one, industrial gas users are either shutting down or switching to substitute fuels.

Stock prices on a fundamental basis perhaps are trading a little bit high but what is really behind this market right now is cash flow and momentum.
