We're still hoping to come to a mutual agreement and go forward. We are talking to them. They've been an important partner for a long time, and we hope to work this out.

We initiated termination proceedings on June 2 against all nine individuals. Under procedures established in their collective bargaining agreement, they had seven days to respond to the charges before the terminations would be final. All nine individuals resigned during that time.
