When you don't have that bond, it's difficult to have any structure. You don't have that togetherness you yearn for, you don't want to spill blood, sweat and tears with your teammates. It makes for a much more difficult working environment.

They said they'd love to have me back, and I would love to be back, if we could see eye to eye on some issues concerning my role in the next year. Where do I fit in the scheme of things?

Defensively, we have to turn it up a notch. Offensively, I think we're going to be all right. We do have to start making the shots when they count. But defense is going to be the key.
