We're trying to hold our own. We have no room to park cars. I've got cars lined up out of the paint shop down the block.

I started to plot out different scenarios. I was thinking about investors, friends, banks, but nothing seemed to really work out the way I needed it to. Then I just happened to hear about this other shop owner, who I sort of knew, who was moving out of his building.

He does high-quality work, and we have similar reputations, so I thought it was a good fit.

It's working. There's been some learning, and we're getting the communication issues worked out, but everybody's personality has to blend together, and it's starting to click.

I believe we might be trying a bit too hard. Sometimes, when you know how good you are, and you know what you're capable of, you can be really intolerant of your own mistakes.
