We're trying to raise $150,000 this year.

All of the auction items are donated. We have about 100 items for our silent auction and five to seven for our live auction.

It's a year's worth of work every year. We get it done, wrap it up and start all over.

Everybody, I think, is trying to give everybody tips.

We're trying to get the routine to look the best it can and trying to get all the little things that are off back on track. We are working on energy a lot and getting the moves as tight as possible.

We're doing a good job, and I think we can do even better. We are trying to increase safety awareness. The ultimate goal is to reduce the number of workplace incidents.
