We're using what the cotton industry is not using anymore. Certainly we can use it more economically, because (tomatoes are) much more valuable than cotton.

There is no limiting factor, except for this. We need people who can manage these systems, who can understand how a plant grows in a controlled environment. There's jobs out there. We can't produce people fast enough.

The bulk of the (new) greenhouses are coming out of traditional field growers converting some of their land to greenhouses.

We have certainly not been asking for top dollar in the industry, ... We've been asking to be brought up in the industry average.

It's not just economically. The whole fabric and tenor of their lives is different.
