Now that we're in conference play every game is important. We would love to put a banner up here, and being that it is Central just makes it that much more important.

It's always a big game and we're excited for it. It will be fun to play them at home. Their post player is back and we'll need to contain her. We just have to take it to them like we did last time and play our game.

Our focus for these games has been to play four quarters of intense, Western defense. Our biggest thing was just to help on the ball, help in on the post, and focus on limiting them inside.

I sat most of the first half and just kind of watched the game. I guess I was just well rested.

There is a smaller margin for error today in hiring and promoting people into key positions, and a greater need to target development efforts to ensure that they really make a difference.
