I like having guys who push each other and have that internal competition.

They knew that everybody had a role to play, and they played their roles to a T. They did exactly what we needed them to do.

The point of the sport is to try to peak at the end of the season, and our guys did that today.

All season long we've had everybody have a job to do. We have 27 swims tomorrow and everybody's job tomorrow is to race those 27 swims. We're not asking anybody to do more than their fair share. For us a real key is having everyone focused on doing their job.
