We've been working a lot and hard on our hitting this past week and it paid off today.

I volunteer to do this to give back to the community.

It's not just about terrorism. We have Interstate 81 and rail lines which make transportation disasters a possibility. People shouldn't think because we live in a smaller town we don't have to worry about civil preparedness.

It can be frustrating hitting these kind of brick walls, but you have to be patient. It's kind of like finding buried treasure — it's never easy, and takes a lot of searching, but in the end is very rewarding.

The pitch was where I wanted to throw it. It briefly clipped him, I guess. Everything was great today, I just got beat.

It's more than hitting hard; you have to find what the opponent can and cannot do and exploit that. I see them in the last three or four months as more accepting of my coaching.
