We've been working really hard all year. Last year, people wanted to shut it down. That made us work harder.

They sort of ambushed me, ... They say, 'We want you to come work for us.' I went, 'Why? Doing what? You guys already have it covered.' They asked me, 'What would you be interested in doing?' I said my passion really has been theater.

We went through all the stages together.

I think it's more a sense of accomplishment. We started out with 20 girls in our class, and now there are four. Look who made it.

He was really good at what he did at work. He was a real asset. He was very detailed, very thorough and had a good work ethic. He was intelligent and a good problem-solver, which is important in this business.

We work well together, collaborate a little bit, bounce ideas off each other and basically take the same approach to teaching.
