We've had engine problems the last couple of weeks. Special thanks to all of the people that helped us get back on track.

We didn't know it would be this difficult to trap [one] rat.

We want people to keep in touch with us if they're having problems. We can put people on the budget plan, or special payment method which is very individualized and based on a customer's individual situation.

We don't know the extent of those problems, but we're doing that assessment now to make sure that people are safe.

I don't sense he's made any enemies. By and large, he's well-liked. People are glad that the problems are getting fixed.
