We've had numerous conversations with the fraternity leadership and the alumni as well as the national organization, and certainly, we intend to have a lot of future conversations.

Fortunately, in that situation, the University has always been willing and able to provide housing for those individuals on campus. For people who don't want to live on campus, they would obviously be on their own.

In the Greek world for the past several years, there's been a push at the national level for a concept of recruitment rather than rush. There are a lot of big believers in the idea that language affects image. Our concern is that parents wouldn't know what [recruitment] is. Fundamentally, though, it doesn't change how our process works.

Leadership is an active role; 'lead' is a verb. But the leader who tries to do it all is headed for burnout, and in a powerful hurry.
