We've made a lot of changes. Our roster is not set in stone. It's a very young team, our average age is 25. It's going to try the patience of its coach.

I'm going to address the team and try to set down some parameters as to how we're going to deal with it, ... This is something now that we seriously have to take as another type of an issue, where there's a certain sense of where our privacy lies and where the boundaries lie, that we're going to have to address and we're going to have to be serious about it.

There really is something nice about it as far as energizing this team. This team has some deadbeats on it, anyway, and the coach is one of them. It's good to have some people out there that are enthusiastic about the game.
