We've never had to pump this much water before. We're setting records, and there's no rainfall to help fill the reservoirs.

We lost Carols Powell and we have no one to fill his spot. We don't have anyone to assume the sole role of leadership that he had. But collectively, I think we do. I think we have enough on the board to make up for that difference.
