We've really grown together this season. There's been some rough spots but we've pulled through and now we're playing for a championship.

He's done a good job. He's had a couple of rough spots but he's getting stronger as the season moves along.

At first I thought there was some tension between us with the new guy coming in, but they've done a great job adjusting to my system, working with me and embracing me. I really love these guys and I'm sorry we ended this way, but they're great young men.
