What doesn’t kill us may make us stronger but what we grow up believing we have to change can sure keep us from learning anything.

There is no lack of access to knowledge today. Education then must be focusing on strengthening the will to seek the truth, which comprises to a large degree of opening the minds to alternative views and instigating earnest processes in forming independent assessments.

It is, in fact, nothing short of a miracle that the modern methods of instruction have not yet entirely strangled the holy curiosity of inquiry; for this delicate little plant, aside from stimulation, stands mainly in need of freedom. Without this it goes to wrack and ruin without fail.

We need to be careful when we are passing judgement on people's creativity.
