What I learned at Miramax is that if you see where extraordinary creative talent can be brought into the family, move quickly, because if you don't, someone else will.

Radio for years and years looked at the same pool of talent. I always believed there were other people in the world that could do radio shows.

Ed Sullivan will be around as long as someone else has talent.

You can only see in someone else what you see in yourself.

The way I was brought up in improv was that any idea you have is not as good as your partner's idea, so if I see someone else initiating at the same time I am, I just defer to them because I assume their idea is going be better. And hopefully, they're doing the same with me.
